FundToday (all one word!) is a UK-based bid writing service for charities, CICs, and community organisations looking to secure grant funding and grow their impact.
From core costs and community projects to capital bids and public sector contracts, we write clear, tailored applications that give you the best chance of success.
We work closely with regional and national funders, including the National Lottery, BBC Children in Need, Sport England (Wales/Scotland), Postcode Lottery, The Clothworkers’ Foundation, Garfield Weston, and many others.

Pricing
Clear and Fair Costs
We keep things simple and transparent. Every organisation is different, so we don’t offer fixed packages. Instead, we give you a clear quote based on what you need. Most bids fall between £100 and £500, depending on the size of the project and what’s involved. Larger capital projects tend to be at the higher end. Prices are always competitive, with no commissions, no hidden fees, and no surprises. We’ll talk everything through at the start so you know exactly what to expect.
Simple Process
We can work with you in lots of different ways, depending on what you need. Most of our bid writing falls into one of three categories, but we’re always happy to adapt:
- One-off bids
Support with a single funding application from start to finish. Ideal if you know what you want to go for and just need help getting it over the line. - Project-based bids
We work with you on several funding applications for the same project or programme, like a capital build or a new service. This helps boost your chances by applying to multiple funders at once. - Ongoing support
A rolling contract that gives you regular bid writing and strategic advice. It’s a good fit if you want to build up your funding over time, grow your income, and stay ready for new opportunities.
Prices vary depending on the size of your organisation and the scope of the work. We’ll always give you a clear quote before anything starts.
CIC Setup and Guidance
We can guide you through the full CIC setup process from start to finish. We’ll explain each step in plain language, help you prepare the right documents, and make sure everything is submitted correctly.
